Garden of Esther Spinach Linguine would go very well with either of Frik & Frak’s cream sauces, but we’d give the title of “best-suited” to the Cognac sauce. The tomatoes, the cognac, the shallots, and the cream, when combined with the spinach, make the perfect storm of flavor.
