The resulting chorizo is unlike any other example you'll find. Richer, more delicate, and perfectly seasoned. Fermin's Chorizo is marinated, garlic, sea salt, and mild pimenton are added, then it is hung to dry in the crisp air of the mountain village La Alberca. This Ibérico Dry-Cured Chorizo, when sliced up salami style, you’ll pop like candy. Rich in both color and flavor, with delicate, delectable Ibérico fat throughout each slice.
