Fresh and dried mushrooms, fungi and truffles. 

Due to the volatile nature of mushroom harvesting, all listed mushrooms might not be available all the time or at the same time or by the date you order them. In order to preserve the freshness of the mushrooms we deliver, we do not store them for more than four days in ideal temperature and humidity. After the peak freshness has been reached, we move to dry our mushrooms until they reach less than 13% water content, at which point you can store them in your pantry until you decide to reconstitute them. Fresh truffles are seasonal and prices are determined by market demand. We will do our best to source and dry any mushroom you seek.
