Take the Mozzarella "ovoline" (little ball) and slice it into finger wide slices, slice the tomatoes the same way. Alternate mozzarella and tomatoes with leaves of basil, and if you want drizzle with balsamic vinegar. For a twist, place the cheese briefly on a skillet to scorch it.
